The Process
Combination of flash photography & natural light to achieve desirable results.
For twilight shoots, the exterior will be photographed at various times to capture the best possible light - from daytime through twilight.
Most homes will photograph better with lights off. This allows more natural light to enter the home and prevent color casts.
Experience
Experience shooting the valleys most expensive homes & working with top producing agents. Phil’s quality routinely awards him publications and covers of local real estate magazines along with online publications such as Wall Street Journal & AZ Central.
Phil will incorporate his experience shooting for builders & designers into the real estate shoot. This means more creative compositions & a better understanding of how to present the space.
Disclosures
Please note, you are hiring Phil to capture the home the way he feels is best. This requires clients to trust that discretion. If you have any preferences or requests please communicate them before the shoot.
Do not reserve a time slot unless you are sure the home will be photo ready. Cancellations/reschedules with 48hrs notice may result in a $300 fee & while 24hrs notice or less may results in a $500 fee.
When hiring any photographer you are paying to use/license the photos but you do not own copyrights. This means you may not give or resell the photos to other parties. Any interested parties must reach out to Phil - this includes stagers, designers, builders, other realtors, etc. Additional copyright information provided on invoice.
